With over 12 years of experience in learning and development (L&D) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive cultures where people can thrive and grow.
My expertise includes designing and facilitating learning programs, developing leadership competencies, building career tracks, spearheading mentorship and recognition programs, and delivering keynote speeches and workshops on L&D and DEI topics. I am also a certified trainer, a published author, and a multilingual speaker.
My mission is to build a better future through everyday inclusive actions and to empower diverse voices and perspectives in the workplace and beyond. I’m obsessed with the future of human-centered workplaces, and I strongly believe that the key to growth is elevating diverse voices through creating flexible environments that foster psychological ownership, creative problem solving and holistic decision making.

BIPOC Representation in Marketing is a program originally developed in the UK to support elevating Black talent in the marketing and advertising industry. This program was brought to the U.S., sponsored by Meta and the Interactive Advertising Bureau. I’m principally responsibility for building BRiM’s 5 modular program that aims to reduce systemic barriers and accelerates the careers of promising talent in order to empower the next generation of leadership.

At Onbe, I implemented learning and diversity, equity, and inclusion (LDEI) initiatives resulting in a remarkable increase in employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) from -19 to +50 within one year. Over 200 employees mentioned LDEI programming as the most significant factor in developing a world-class culture at a fast-growing, newly merged fintech company with over 320 employees.

I streamlined learning and career development by building a foundational learning platform at Onbe called Onbe University. This included Onbe 101, a self-led, modular e-learning course to introduce all new hires to Onbe’s teams, products, clients and technology which also contained brief videos from all executives.

I developed and implemented a comprehensive DEI strategy that was later replicated in 19 global regions and functions. I also launched Employee Open Forums, where employees could share their thoughts and feelings about George Floyd's assassination and generate ideas on what we could do as an organization to be better. I also supported and grew 7 Employee Resource Groups while at Burberry.

I built Burberry’s first Manager Development Program for the Americas region, leveraging a blended learning approach and combining in-person and virtual sessions with assessments and post-session work. Session topics included: Developing your leadership brand, understanding your leadership style using Insights Discovery, having coaching and feedback conversations and engaging your team.

I led the vendor discovery process for a system-wide roll out of inclusive leadership to all Macy’s director and above population, leading 4 separate pilot programs, making program adjustments and deploying an enterprise-wide rollout in conjunction with the Chief Diversity Officer.

In support of the launch of NYP’s employee engagement survey, I launched Engagement Fairs across 7 NYP campuses to advise employees about what employee engagement means and how it comes to life through Gallup’s Q12. This included creating games, activities and in-the-moment learning such as an Appreciation Station where employees could write thank you cards to their colleagues.
